The Service includes access to practice questions, progressive hints, step-by-step solutions, daily challenges, streak tracking, and progress analytics for the exam section(s) you have purchased.
Price: Access to all 11 Plus subjects (Maths, English, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning) is priced at £29 (GBP) for a one-year period from the date of purchase.
Merchant of Record: All payments are processed by Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. Polar.sh handles all payment processing, tax calculations, VAT compliance, and invoicing. By making a purchase, you agree to Polar.sh's terms and conditions.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and debit cards through Polar.sh's secure payment gateway.
Access Duration: Purchased access is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Access automatically expires after this period.
No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law.
Free Trial: Two topics per exam (Mixed Problem Solving and Vocabulary) are available for free to all registered users. No payment is required to access free topics.

User-Generated Content: Your answer selections, progress data, and bookmarks remain your property. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve the Service.
No Guarantee of Results: While we strive to provide high-quality practice materials, we make no guarantees about your performance on the actual 11 Plus examination. Your results depend on many factors beyond our control.
Service Availability: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, 11 Plus Practice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim.
